Different courts have various requirements about pleading formatting. We have endeavored to offer the versions you are most likely to need. The Blank Pleading Paper folder contains several sub-folders: papers with 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 32 lines per sheet. Various common margin layouts are also included, such as: - 1-inch double-line margin on the left, and a 1-inch single line margin on the right - 1-inch double-line margin on the left, and a blank margin on the right. - 1.5-inch double-line margin on the left, and a .5-inch single line margin on the right. The Pleading Templates folder contains customizable versions of pleading documents in formats that satisfy the requirements of many courts. These are in .DOC format only. These include: Affidavit of service and affidavit of service by mail, template for appeals, Template for appellee to respond to appellant, template for filing bankruptcy in U.S. District court, template for party filing for divorce, template for plaintiff vs. defendant in a civil lawsuit, and notice to defend.
